I am trying to ship OF Guerrero, Vladimir, $12m (2010) among more of my pitching staff to clear room for the farm that I want to rebuild.  You could probably get him on the cheap or for some draft picks.  I have three open spots on my roster right now and need to clear another 3-4 spots.

MODIFIED 3/31

With a bunch of my OFA gambles now paying off by winning starting jobs (Mike Jacobs, Ronnie Belliard, Brendan Harris, Gorzo, Tallet, Kotsay) I have an excess of players. Not that it is a bad thing, but I am always looking to improve. Here are the players I am willing to listen to offers on, all have varying degrees of cost. Please do not post offers, please PM them instead. Not really interested in picks either, just players. Would really like a young CI, but any offers will be considered.

SP Lincecum, Tim, $0.5m (P-2010) - Cost me quite a bit to get him, he won't be cheap. He is even more valuable in H2H leagues than standard Roto.
CI Helton, Todd, $15.5m (2011) - NYM are picking up 5 mil of contract for 2010 and 2011, possibly my best player for this format outside of Tiny Tim
CI LaRoche, Andy, $0.5m (2011)
MI Theriot, Ryan, $3.5m (2012) - I have 2 starting MIs, and decent minor league depth at the position. More than a few teams could use this guy.
SP Davis, Doug, $4m (2010) - with 6 starters, he is expendable
C Flowers, Tyler, $0.5m (P-n/a) - really like the guy, but I now have Shoppach and Thole

Interested in Lincecum, but probably don't have what you are looking for.

The Reds have received very decent offers for all players, the brain trust will now make their decisions. Dusty Baker is not invited.

  • Jwalkerjr88: It was dallas. I think he missed the playoffs that year. Then used the draft picks on the 2021 class. Every pick was the 32nd pick (dont remembee what the other 1st became)
  • Jwalkerjr88: Idk if anyone remembers the 2021 class but it was weak on offense outside or the top 10-15. I dont regret the deal just learned and move on. As long as you have assets, you can mold your build how you want. Picks are usually the most valuable asset because most gms want in on a draft.
