Came to the realization I can't afford all my big money guys. Tavares is one of the best and needs to be paid that way. I can't afford him to j take a top end prospect and some complimentary pieces with Kesler and the pick.

I'm apparently a big fan of having high priced centers.  I give up a steady producer in Kesler and lose Dubois who is built to be a great player for a long time, but my team is ready to win now and Tavares will hopefully bring me a couple extra wins to get me a playoff bye.

If accepted I'll resign Tavares for 8.3m for 5 years as 7th best Center in 15-16
