Stop complaining.
Here's what would really make sense.
Why don't you pony up, cover whatever funds your father needs to return ASAP and wait til Friday to get repaid. That's the obvious move to resolve this.
Because nobody is going to tell me what to do with my money, that's why. Or my family. This isn't complaining it's facts. Being a mod doesn't give you the right to talk to or treat people any way you like, or tell anyone what to do with their money. I've never seen anything like this, not a complaint that's fact. It's not all that serious, I play fantasy for fun, I work to make money.

In the 3 years (or is it 4yrs) that you have been in FNHL, fees for all 3 teams    have only originated from 1 PayPal account. What does that tell everyone?!

I get that payments came from that account, I get it. I also know that in 4 years I've always been asked how I wanted to be paid my winnings in every money league on every site I've ever been in. I've never seen where a league doesnt verify where "to send a payment".

Proceeds from the sale of NJ should go toward paying back the money you sent to his acct.
His acct was negative and nobody asked anyone to include him or send money to his acct. Who does that?
Now it's Daddy/JoJo like we are Siamese twins ajoined at the hip? People close accts or change them all the time.
Before payment was sent to a man, confirmation of where to send it should be standard operating procedure. Should be for anyone. So you send money to his acct and he has a team for sale, seems like an easy enough fix, maybe that's the problem.

Several people understood Vegas + TB were for sale. Price seems to be a moving target.
I never posted my team's for sale or posted on a "teams for sale thread". I posted on the "sign up thread" that if people were interested in signing up for FNHL that they could PM me and provided links to my team's. From there a bunch of things were assumed that were never said. I've been in this league for what 4 years? When team's are "for sale" I've seen announcements posted that clearly stated that, similar to what jojo has done. To be crystal clear, I'm interested in opening discussions with potential new investors with a starting point of $125 as the team pages suggest on everyone's page. There's dudes out here talking about my wife and family? Really? As a matter of point, I won't ever be in discussions of any kind with them. I'm gonna take the high road and leave it at that. I hope this was a clear answer.

You know what's an even easier fix? If you wanted to buy a team to get into the league "Godzilla" or be a multiple owner "TheBeef" you already made payment to an owner who wants to sell. Hmmmm Why not buy his franchise and let him send you back $125? Wow, what a concept. Ask yourself why that's not happening  Sorry but believe what you want. My team's haven't been sold, I'm trying to win the money this year. My posting didn't say for sale it said pm me. We can talk, and yeah I'm unhappy, but This? Nah man. Make your own truth if you like. I'm done with this, no matter how much more ridiculous it gets. I wouldn't sell my team's to these dude a for $1000. That's my word.

Sounds like the sale is final if they can't take the two seconds to return the money. Ownership should be transferred if not returned today imo.
If you need to ban this kid you have my full support. I'm tired of the drama this kid has been causing for months now. It's becoming obvious that it is intentional. I know for a fact he told another owner that the price was listed on the page as well.
What part if the prices are listed on the team pages means we have a deal? Since when does anyone make a deal without confirmation and instruction where to make payment? I told the truth, and it happened exactly as I said it did. I don't care if JoJo made payments for 30 years, that's his acct not mine. You don't think if a deal was struck that you may want to confirm where to send payment? Doesn't matter, I got truth on my side. I'm not new to this site or to business, and the rest of this is transparent. Good to hear your opinion though.

I might have a buyer, is this sold? Says owner is TBC on both Vegas and Tampa. My buyer is for Vegas.
No I never sold anything, never agreed to sell anything, and never received any payments for anything. That's the 100% truth. I was asked about a price and the next thing I knew payment was sent to another owner and I was being told i backed out of selling. I've never agreed on any deal or been sent any kind of payment to any account of mine or designated account agreed to by me. I run solid team's in all my leagues and work very hard to do so. Maybe people will do anything to have them? Idk. Funny that nobody shows interests in NJ who officially announced he is selling and leaving FNHL for good. Is your buyer interested in joining the league or piggy backing off my work? If its joining FNHL then NJ is the best route at this time. Feel free to pm me on the matter.

It would be wise to finalize a deal with me personally. I've been on this site for 5 years and in any trade or any transaction my word has always been my bond. No matter how rude anyone is, no matter what insults are hurled or games are played, I've been in several leagues across several sites & I'm thoroughly detailed and a man of my word. Thank you

That's what the NHL would do. New ownership groups or individuals need to be checked out prior to the sale going through. Remember how John Spano bought the Islanders and then the NHL realized the guy wasn't everything he said he was.
