After completing a trade with the Philadelphia Flyers, Vegas holds the 34th pick. The Golden Knights select Slovakian goaltender Roman Durny of the USHL Des Moines Buccaneers (undrafted 19yo).

The Vegas franchise is taking on the look we want. Our goal has been to rebuild our minor league system and this deal is on point with that strategy. Vegas and Philadelphia exchange talented 25yo Centers in the process.

With the 33rd pick from the Rangers, Vegas is pleased to select goaltender Déreck Baribeau from the Québec Remparts of the QMJHL. He's a 19yo with no NHL experience.

The reorganization and restructuring of our franchise continues with a trade that addresses both our present and future outlook.

Vegas completes a deal with the New York Rangers to acquire a package of draft picks including a 1st Rounder, a pair of prospects with potential to possibly step into new roles in the NHL soon and the next starting goaltender of an NHL team in need, 26yo Philipp Grubauer.

As much as I hoped Ryan Murray would turn things around I'm ready to move forward and admit he wasn't what we needed. Jonathan was right about him but ALL4U2NV wants to take on the project. More power to him. I also get Green who could land in a new city this Summer which is a good gamble I'd like to take. Thanks for the easy negotiations Vegas! GL and welcome to FNHL. :toast:
Happy to make this trade with Ottawa. Confirmed. We are not big fans of Mike Green. Plenty of reasons why. In this trade we're adding players we feel will be useful to our team's future one way or another and we add a draft pick. Thanks for the trade EndGame.

Vegas is pleased to select goaltender Andrey Makarov from Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk of the KHL. Andrey (or Andrei) has played a total of 1 NHL game in his 24 years.
