I'm hoping my guys kick it into gear. Hodgson will get a buyout from Buffalo, leaving him to sign with a better team. It would be great if he landed in Chicago, however he's not much of a two way player.

We are hoping this guy can stay healthy to add depth to the center ranks.

Grinder that has and could produce some punch

This one is scary! This kid has been on a downward spiral the last 2 seasons, but how do you give up on a 25 year old with his potential?

David Schlemko and Radek Martinek will not be offered new contracts. Players have recieved some parting gifts such as a complete Rachael Ray cookware set, a year supply of Spam, and season tickets to the Desert Dawgs.

The folowing players are receiving a buy out.

I highly doubt Williams is going to take over as the Islanders TG since he got beat out of a starting job at Minnesota State by a freshmen. Plus a lot of those articles are speculative more than factual.

I think you should be able to trade your home town players, if its a move to become cap complient. Any one you sign off your minor league team could end up costing your competitive edge. Kind of a deterrent to "develope" players. IMO this change would answer the question of why the guy with no minor team dosent like draft picks.
