Hey guys sorry I couldn't stay until FA ended but I need to step aside and focus on my permanent leagues that I am in. I feel that whoever takes over Florida will have a young team that will be competitive in a couple of years with lots of cap space to add a couple of RW's and make a run for the cup. Thanks for letting me temporarily take a team over. I had fun and wish everyone the best. Please someone beat Drew so he doesn't repeat. lol  :toast: :toast:

I have a question. How long does it take for trades to go through?? I have noticed some that have been up for longer then a week and still haven't been processed. Just curious how long it takes. Thanks guys

Florida's reason = I get 2 very young players who I feel are better then Grabner and Repik. I think Grabner is a 1 year wonder.

This doesn't make sense to me. Why do they have to be brought up?? I don't like this rule at all and I know I am not the only one. I know I am just a temporary gm but I am totally lost at this rule and am wondering why its in place.

Florida's reason = I overpay a bit now because I get a goalie and NYI doesn't but I feel this will make the Panthers younger and a lot better. I am extremely happy to add 2 of the Islanders best prospects in Nino and Calvin.

I did this as I got a good return on the highest draft pick this year the rumors coming out of dallas is that it will be on the block to help bring a goalie in. Khabibulin will only get 40 or so starts this year and he is close to retiring. Ryan Howse is a buddy of mine we played high school hockey together. I am happy with this trade even though I have no draft picks this coming year  :(

  • Jwalkerjr88: Idk if anyone remembers the 2021 class but it was weak on offense outside or the top 10-15. I dont regret the deal just learned and move on. As long as you have assets, you can mold your build how you want. Picks are usually the most valuable asset because most gms want in on a draft.
