Los Angeles management are pleased to announce a trade with the Buffalo Sabres.

Kings agree to this trade to acquire another cornerstone for our franchise in Letang. Since we were asked to give up the best players in our MiLR we felt we had to include Teuvo in the package coming to LA.

Kings still give up a lot of production but the opportunity to acquire a talent such Kris rarely presents itself so we had to jump into this trade head first.

Kings agree to this trade as we are in the market for a top 4 Defenseman in return for prospects. We liked Papps offer out of the 3 that landed in our inbox. Khokhlachev is a highend Bruins prospect while Fobort is a former 1st Round pick. Tough to part ways with those players but we received the piece we were looking for.

Florida asked about our young Bluechip goaltending prospect Mrazek and we told them the price was Benn. From there we built the deal out to account for Benn being the 4th best skater in FNHL (only behind Ovie, Perry and Sid) and he's only 25 years old. WOOT! Getting Koko and Gemel to re-stock the farm was icing on the cake for my Kings.

I feel we benefit from this trade immediately and in the future while giving up our spare players.

Lots of back and forth but we got the deal done. :toast:
