We're announcing that any 2 of the FNHL's Vegas expansion drafted players are eligible for the Franchise Player discount moving forward.
All the players the Vegas drafted are marked with the logo of the FNHL team they were selected from. Those that arrived via trade are also noted.
Vegas will franchise these 2 players for the upcoming season  Mike Green, $5.7m (2015-2019)  Patrick Marleau, $7.3m (2014-2018)

I have no complaints, I would like to ask why the entry draft starts in September when ending in September would seem to be more ideal wouldn't it? Since its an entry draft, why wouldn't we want to start it in say July right after the NHLs draft? Is this something that can be voted on? I usually don't participate in the draft so it's never really come to my attention. Just seems like it wouldn't hurt anything to be knocking the draft out in the background of the off-season.
