Cubs accept this deal. While taking on the huge contract of Waino who is clearly past his prime, I do like Chargois as a smaller arm who can help in the near future and Brett Martin as he grows into his role within the Rangers organization in their mid to lower levels. Pozo I really liked and he gives me a depth piece at the lower levels I really wanted. Moving Alvarez and Marmolejos was tricky because they have some pretty good talent albeit young. Papi is not far away as he has been answering the challenges. Quezada and Brickhouse are lower level guys who are on the radar. I potentially lose 30yrs of control if they all pan out.

Giants agree i have decided to move a vet pitcher in return for some young guys. i like alot. Didnt like the idea of paying a sp 14m with him being injures last yr. Im on a rebuilding stage and im looking to get my minors filled up and build around youth. I also clear 14m dollors thos yr in cap space. There is some fuys i want to add this yr fa and want to beable to have enough cap to do it.
