Dodgers were able move a surplus OF, and pick up a middle infielder. Chavis is still something of a curiosity to me. Is he the 320 on base 18hr guy we saw a couple years ago? Or is he the 190 2 hr guy we was the first half of last season? He closed the year out strong and should get opportunity in Pittsburgh. If nothing else, we moved a couple platoon pieces, opened up an extra roster spot on the 40, and add a couple of picks to next seasons draft. As stated above, I think it's a deal that works for both teams
