Monday September 2, 2019 at 0h01 ET. However teams with the top picks can feel free to post their selection earlier

* Drafted players will be updated on MiLR as the draft progresses.
* A Play-off team's draft position will be determined by the Stanley Cup playoff results. Whichever team wins the Stanley Cup is awarded the 31st and last pick, while the runner-up is given the 30th pick. Teams eliminated in the conference finals are awarded the 29th and 28th picks, with the 29th pick going to the team with the better regular season record. Remaining division winners, then the rest of the field are ranked next, filling in the 26th through 16th picks. Picks 11-15 are for non-playoff teams based on regular season results. In these cases, better records result in later picks. FINALLY,
