Vegas and Montreal got together to complete a trade to fill some needs. This trade allows us to advance our agenda but adding a veteran Center in Koivu and a speedy winger in Jesper Fast but more importantly add a talented prospect like Jonathan Dahlen for the good our our team's future.

This trade still allows us to continue restocking our minor league system through the Entry Draft (we reacquire our own Golden Knights 2nd and 3rd Round picks) and add a skilled winger.
