Dates subject to change, if needed, but believe for this offseason below schedule makes sense as we are only very slightly behind last year's pace.

Deadline to Buy-Out a Player and Reallocation Using 2022-23 Cap + IR clean up:
Monday July 10th 11:59pm PST (2:59am EST)

Buyouts/reallocation is optional. All moves other than these we are now under 2023-2024 cap and post buyout deadline will no longer show 2022-23 salary details.

Note on IR players: Unless player is still hurt and expected to miss time to start next season they should no longer be on IR (any possible IR replacement please ensure you make legal move if keeping or can drop for free).

Deadline to Decide on Restricted Free Agents:
Thursday July 27th 11:59pm PST (2:59am EST)

2023 RFA Bidding Opens:
Friday July 28th 8:00am EST (5:00am PST)

2023 Entery Draft Begins:
Monday August 14th 8:00am EST (5:00am PST)

As usual draft has to come after RFA to allow for possible pick movement.

Deadline on regular FA extensions:
Friday August 18th 11:59pm PST (2:59am EST)

Regular FA Bidding Opens:
Monday August 21st 8:00am EST (5:00am PST)

Captain assignment - Before opening day of 2023-24 season

If applicable for any given team, as most captains would have been renewed or new ones selected last off season.
