There is a new sheriff of the music city in SlackJack. winter has been released due to inactivity and I (as I am sure all of us) hope nothing bad has happened. winter will be welcomed back at any which time, he returns.

SlackJack will be an excellent addition to our league. His activity from World Cup of Hockey, proved that he will be another valuable member in Backyard NHL as well. He is looking to push the Nashville team for more than a 1st round exit next season.

I am gonna say no, I think that should be more of an in-season stipulation where a 1 week hold on transactions doesn't really allow them to get acquainted with their team as their team has finsihed playing the season.
