Not all minors are in their owner's minor league team... But yes, we do have a list of minors here (http://www.profsl.com/smf/index.php?topic=18722.0). My best suggestion is to go on the fantrax page and search for the player there. Every player that belongs to a team, minor or main, is listed as being on a team. If the player has FA next to their name and is not on this list as being drafted, then that player is free to select as long as they played less than 40 NHL games.
