So I've added some players as I was not aware you could trade your extension candidates.  Hers my whole block although there are not many players I wouldn't consider trading:

is willing to move its international money for picks, prospects or players on good long-term contracts (arb1-3,probably arb4, reasonable contracts of 3+ years)

I am still rebuilding, but I probably won't make trades that I think significantly hurt my team for this year until I am confident my team is at least good enough to avoid tanking penalties. Which obviously limits what trades I am interested in.
