Just a quick question- Seeing a lot of single numbers as the bid - are we supposed to state the amount of years we are implying on the contract?
So if you place a bid of $20m, you need a minimum of $6.7m in cap space (3 years max you can do on a $20m bid)
Why is a 20m bid a three year max contract? The rules say a bid greater than 10m is allowed a 5 year contract. How do you determine what the contract length can be? Given amount per year<= $1m, 2 years$1.1m - $5.4m, 3 years$5.5m - $10m, 4 years> $10m, 5 years (the overall limit)
