basically a needs trade.  I wanted to build on my minor league now vs later.  Tubbs to confirm.

This is odd.  Tampa is giving the 4th overall pick this year for a pick next year that likely won't be nearly as good.  I don't get Tampa's logic here.

Maybe package the pick with one of your expensive Centers to gain some younger cost controlled players and futures.  There's a lot you can do here.  I don't see how this deal helps you at all. 

  - Sorry, I just think you could better for that pick.  And if roster size/cap implications are a problem, this doesn't address it.  There's a few teams out there with money to spend; I would talk to one of them.

No problem we can figure something out. I do have some cap to work with. My pick next year probably isn't going to be that much far off since I have 9th pick this year. I don't suspect I will be much better this year
