I thought I knew a thing or two about prospects but I agree, some of the owners in this league are ringers or work as scouts or something. Uncanny ability to spot talent. I feel my Sabres have had a number of solid picks in recent years and we're heading in the right direction.

Boston trades up to select G - Yaroslav Askarov (2020: 1/11 - 0 Games) with the 2nd overall pick dealing RW - Kaapo Kakko (SDP 2020: 2019 1/2 - 66 Games) to Buffalo. Other draft picks and depth players were exchanged in the deal.

Kraken have selected RW Ryan Francis (Round 3) and a defender who we think will patrol our blueline for years to come in D Ryan O'Rourke (Round 2). Looking forward to building out the rest of our roster in Seattle.
