After several weeks of working on a trade we have finally agreed.  The Marlins are excited about adding Zambrano, Alfonso, and Marmol to our major league team and getting a prospect like Kirk to add to our minor leagues. Having Big Z get a change of scenery and working with Ozzie Guillen, this could be a stellar year for him. The Marlins are also going to get some cap relief as well.  We will be losing Nolasco, Sanchez and several prospects but with opening a new stadium we believe our time is now.

Good trade for the Cubs organization and happy to welcome the newest members. It was key to get rid of some salary but along the way still pick up good talent to assist the team now and in the future. We are hoping Sanchez is a long term solution at 1B and adding Nolasco to a rotation with Anibal isn't a bad start to what we want to do. Not happy to see Kirk go but wish him the best as well as the others and look forward to a new direction.

  • Daddy: Youve seen them? We havent completely structured all that yet. Weve got expansion and other factors that the real Wolves dont face.
  • Daddy: My comment on the real Wolves are if they win a chip then there is no such things as bad contracts. The point of all contracts are to win Championships.

  • STLBlues91: Yeah had to just check. So a deadline to select the keepers. Then a few days for the selection. Me and Seattle alternate picks?
  • Daddy: The expansion draft is LIVE alternating picks until both teams have 15 players like the NBA All Star teams get picked.

  • Daddy: Can you imagine a league(s).  Where EVERY player that becomes a professional has value.. and 30-32 teams have 30-32 different people are actively determining that value?
  • Daddy: Where you dont wait for trades to happen on scoring sites or SS updates and the only thing asked of you is to run your own franchise and see how good you are. On an EVEN playing field.
  • Daddy: Its already near impossible to get into NFL LIVE. We had to start up a 64 team league just to accommodate the waiting list. True Story.
  • Daddy: Once full. NBA, NHL, & NCAAs will be very difficult to get into. People dont just walk away from LIVE often and when they do... They usually want back in. Legit dont miss your team in your sports. Get them while you can.
