1B Spencer Torkelson 700k ARB 2028

Mariners receive:

SP Gordon Graceffo (prospect)
SP Will Bednar (prospect)

I took over a Mariners team with no pitching and 3 First Basemen and 3 Second Basemen. I really like Graceffo, kinda like Bednar and really like Tork but knew i was going to trade him. Oakland inquired about him and i'd already inquired about Graceffo and Bednar and we both decided that this was something we could do. Thank you Oakland. Excited to see how this plays out.

Oakland wanted TORK and are big fans of him since college as he's an ASU alumni same as the Oakland gm. We felt like this off-season was the season to make some splashes and feel this was a big get to help get a good hitter

Personally I think that is selling low on Tork but a couple top prospects should help in a couple years.
