BTW, the franchise fee is $30USD no need to pay more unless you want to pre-pay for yr #2 then is could be $35USD. :toast: PM coming your way.

Violations:  $9.6m below 2014-15 Cap Floor (as of Nov 15, 2014 @ 17h33ET) Currently allowed given no dedicated owner managing team and payroll.

The :PHO: franchise is in such poor shape it needs more than just a little TLC! The current allowed variance on the cap floor requirement is essential for me to be able to make the purchase. Can we extend the allowance through the end of this season so that Arizona has deep pockets entering next years period of free-agency?

If so, payment will be arranged within 24hrs.

* Last day to start new Free Agent bids (until August 11th) February 28, 2015  23h59 ET

That should be enough time to make enough moves (3-months) without any added pressure.

Not what I was asking for. I can get up to the cap floor in a day with frivolous spending on whatever AHL quality players are available right now. I'll think it over with my GM and give you more time to hawk your wares. Thanks for the offer!

Go for the 3mth grace period or wait for the next available franchise that's available in the Spring prior to the offseason. :thumbsup:

Still interested in Arizona. I'd buy it out of boredom mostly but also because I hate to see a franchise be neglected so much. It reflects poorly on the league as a whole....weeds are cropping up!

I personally have no objection to SlackJack purchasing a second franchise in the Western conference where he already owns the Avalanche.

However it would be up to the majority to buy-in.
