Rob :OAK: gets my vote as well... I thought I had a good team this year, and I could never catch up to him and his 2-game lead.  He did all of this with half the payroll of the Angels.

Phillies 706 - Brewers 453
Astros 450 - Dodgers 413
Yankees 565 - Tigers 147
Athletics 477 - Blue Jays 70

Wow, there are some big differentials in the scores outside of the Dodgers-Astros series.  There would be some big surprises if the week ended now... the Brewers losing (although the Phillies are a strong opponent), the Astros winning yet again, and the Blue Jays lack of production.  As Billy Beane once said, "once you get in the playoffs, it's all f-in luck!".

The Dodgers have turned things around midway through the week as they have a 240+ point lead.  We could have a rematch of the 1981 ALCS (Yanks, A's) and a rematch of the 2008 NLCS (Phillies, Dodgers - Cole Hamels was the NLCS MVP that year).

You wrote the Brewers off too early last year Colby, sure you want to make that mistake again?  :toast:
