Lakers agree I feel this trade makes me better in long run. I add draft capital I can build my team around and add a great player in porter

As correctly highlighted in the chat, theoretically we are still in the offseason, so Lakers cannot cover an additional amount of Porzingis contract due to the 25% max rule.
Therefore, you should adjust the trade or wait for the official start of the new season, unless
@Billy
says that, being in the offseason, we can already make trades ignoring 2023 cap and contracts

Yeah Im pretty sure I screwed up here with the calculations. That $5m is over the 25% rule. We can just move this deal as I cant afford KP and my 2 lottery picks without the $5m next year. Sorry Brian.
