Not an easy trade to make for Bregman was a huge part of the championship run last year, but with the raises coming in arbitration next year and the players I have that will be free agents a trade like this was necessary for the long term health of the franchise. I love Jung proves to be the stud he looks like he may be and I?m very high on Neto moving quickly. Manning will hopefully give me a reasonable replacement for Flaherty and I?m still holding out hope that Kowar can put it together. Thanks @dbreer23 for talking through the deal and good luck continuing to turn around.

Rays confirm this deal - thanks @RyanJames5 for the easy discussion. Deal came together is relatively short order.

I think this is my last big deal for this season, but I needed one more mid/upper-tier SP and an IF bat. Yes, giving up Jung hurts a ton, but I'll take a typical Bregman year this year and hope he is affordable enough for me going forward once I drop a ton of dead $$ after 2023.

I can double check, but with the $3M coming back from Yankees, I should have ~$1M remaining.

Forgot about the May bid...yep, that puts me over by ~$2M if I win the bid.
