:STL:, I say they lose to the A's this week and beat my Pirates next week to finish 13-10
:CIN:, I like their chances at taking down the Astros and following it up with a beatdown of the Braves to finish 13-10
:HOU:, I have been hard on the Stros all season long but I'll give them a win against the White Sox in the last week to finish 13-10
Cardinals easily have the tiebreaker to win the division and face the Dodgers in the NLDS

:CHW:, I predict two straight losses to Phillies and Astros, team finishes 12-11
:DET:, Tigers have an easy close to their schedule with the Nats and Cubs, two more victories for them to win the division at 15-8
:CLE:, Indians stay in it with a win over the Red Sox this week but lose to the A's in the last week and are eliminated at 13-10
These predictions may be wrong but the Tigers have the one-game lead with the easiest schedule.  The Indians have the tiebreaker, but it looks grim for them.  Tigers play the AL East winner...

:NYY:, Yankees beat the Angels but lose to the Phillies who can only get better once their real-life Phillies start hitting.  Team finishes a very solid 18-5.
:TOR: Blue Jays will pummel the Mets and probably lose to the Brewers in a possible World Series preview.  I give the Brewers the edge simply because Ben has been able to win so much this year.  Blue Jays finish 18-5.
I am predicting 1-1 stints for both squads, and the teams are separated by 100 points.  This one is tough to predict but I am going with the Blue Jays.

5) :OAK: - (16-5) [90.20%/B/A] - A's clinch the AL West

  Gregor Blanco leads us to the playoffs.  It appears that we will be shutting down Brandon Morrow, hopefully it will save us a few bucks.

Currently, a lot of matches are going as expected with the following exceptions...

:STL: 529 - :OAK: 529... the A's are in the playoffs, so this matters exclusively to the Cardinals who have the tiebreaker over the Reds (who are beating the Astros right now)

:TOR: 223 - :NYM: 224 - this upset would probably cement the Blue Jays as the wildcard in the AL

:WAS: 363 - :DET: 278 - if this upset happens, and the Indians win then the teams are tied going into the last week of the regular season.  Currently, the White Sox are trailing the Phillies as expected, but if they won then they too would be part of the conversation.

If the week ended today then the playoffs would look like this...

:MIL: vs. :PHI:
:LAD: vs. :STL:

:NYY: vs. :CLE:
:OAK: vs. :TOR:

The Tigers need a win and an Indians loss to make the playoffs.  The Reds need a win and a Cardinals loss.  The Astros need a win and losses by the Reds and Cardinals.  Currently, all five of those teams but the Reds are winning.

Phillies, Yankees, Dodgers, and Brewers are putting up a lot of points this week.
