Minor League Roster Questions

1. Everything was set up to reflect actual MLB organizations. I'm open to suggestions if anyone feels strongly for something and wants to make a case for it.

2. The only rules regarding minor league rosters are the roster sizes and player ages. There are no limits for transactions and the player does not have to be in that level in real life to be placed on that level's roster in AFB.

1) Are the minor league rosters relative to each team or does every team have the same minor league setup?   For example, the Royals don't have a short season A ball team, but they have two rookie teams.

2) Are there rules regarding movement within the minor league organizations?  Does a player have to be in the level that corresponds to their actual level?
