We're happy to make this trade with Detroit to get a player we've had our eye on for some time in Rakell. We deal a highend leader in Mark Scheifele and include some depth and a prospect. We like getting some picks to fill our MiLR with new talent. Good talking trade with Wundermaan. :toast:

Detroit is here to confirm. Anytime you have the opportunity to acquire a talent like Mark Scheifele you do not hesitate. He will play a key role with our team. Excited to make more move to reshape and restore the Detroit roster to the championship franchise it is. Thanks to DToxFan for agreeing to trade Mark.

:iatp: I like the Wings side of this deal. Getting more points from Scheifele, Gunnarsson can help out on D and Day got signed by the Lightning over the Summer and might develop into a serviceable 3rd pairing.

I will award the advantage to Detroit in this trade. They receive a superior elite player as well as a depth defender and a prospect in Sean Day that once showed promise who was signed by an organization that rehabilitated the likes of Shattenkirk.
