Rays make this move to help fortify our rotation without having to get in FA bidding wars.  The prize of the deal for Tampa is Lee, who we feel will be Tampa's SS no later than 2013, thus adding to our plethora of MI prospects.  Kearns may have some tread left, but is mainly to help balance out the money.  Thanks Sam for the enjoyable talks.  Marlins to confirm.

The Fish confirms  It is hard to give up Lee and Norris since I have been watching them grow since I got the team but this trade will fill my MI's spots as we don't have to worry about MI's in FA and add a back up C.
