The trade is giving me a little bit more cap space and the 2nd draft choice will help me rebuilding the team. It was not easy, but I think that McDonagh will be better  and that I will be able to draft a good young player with 2nd pick.

I agree with the addition of Ty Smith, who wouldn’t? Like they say in DobberProspects ‘An intelligent, two-way defender who runs a power play with precision. A playmaker who boasts tremendous skating ability’. One more raison to approve this deal for me.

I agree with this new proposal, I don't think I need to say why.

  I didn't like original deal but given I still tossed an approval (before things spiraled out of control), this is easy and much better value for Malkin.
