Edmonton should be the most improved. After winning the division by 1 game and finishing 42-40, lets just say we've created a gap with a 52-18 start. I'd say the biggest reason was to actually have a solid plan, add a bunch of young guys and build it up and be patient with the plan. There might not be a GM who has made less moves over the last 2 yrs.
Vancouver in 10th last place, but level in points with San Jose a place above me. Just below were wanted to be at 12th, but improving per year (5th, 7th). Rebuild going as planned, with good chance of 4 minors getting good NHL time next year (Poehling, Wahlstrom, Kaut and Caleb Jones). Traded 2 good older players for future players and picks,2 1st's and 2 2nd's in next draft should help refill prospect pool. How Vancouver has change since joined is summed in three names Troy Grosenick only roster player and 2015 draft picks Tufte and Krys survive from that team after Picks, FA's and 21 trades.
