This was a error on my side i was talking 2 different trades at same time. Its only a goalie im getting

Tried to get Sergachev Aho and the pick... I’m not in love with the deal as it finished but we liked the pick and Aho. The trade allowed NJ to lean forward on another FA purchase with the savings.

Aho makes for a terrific piece to sell later to a contender for a nice return.

NJ wasn’t in a position to make much noise this year. Much like Buffalo and Calgary we’re willing to push off a goalie for tomorrow’s pieces.
