RC VOTE - Future TC

We once again have inactive members of our TC and have been dealing with huge uproars over trade decisions.  I say we give the ProFSL TC (to be established shortly) a try as it eliminates bias, streamlines approval processes, and gives more information to the decisions as the ProFSL TC will be required to give reasons why they approved or rejected a trade.

Participating leagues would move trades to a special board.  Pro TC members who have a knowledge of the rules of participating leagues as well as their scoring systems would vote on the trade and provide reasons why they approve or veto.  Trades do not necessarily have to have equal value as everyone values players differently.  The TC is paid in the form of ProFSL points for that sport's Invitational.  Once a decision is made, the trade thread is moved back to the transactions board of the league.  Players involved in the pending trade may not be moved while trade is in the voting stage.  The TC board could be ten people deep with perhaps only four approvals needed so that a trade doesn't need to wait for every TC member to vote.  This speeds up the process for all leagues and adds a governing body outside the league.

How can I change your mind?  A unified ProFSL TC will be much more active than any TC we have in any one league.

I will also vote no. I dont think a unified TC would improve the current situation. I have tried to stay out of trade critique that does not involve me and noticed that others are also doing the same. Also, I am not comfortable with strangers who might not completely understand the intricacies of this league to vote on deals. One could read the rulebook 100 times but until you are in the league for a period of time, you can never have a full grasp of all the dynamics.

With Ben a likely Nay, this appears to have been shot down with a 1-3 vote.  I hope to bring this up again in the offseason.  With that said, we may need new TC members who are active.  I believe Dan wanted to rejoin the TC.  Any other takers?

ill join. the current tc is a joke. (not all members) but some of these guys need to be relieved of the TC duty. Two members are just not active enough to have the job.
