This isn't a Yahoo league, it is much more sophisticated than that.  I was asking because 75% of the players you want in the minors already are in the minors.  If you want them off the 40-man roster there are procedural moves that have to be made.  One of those being passing the player through waivers.  It's not as hard as you're making and not nearly as hard as punctuation.
