With the recent influx of ML ready arms and Matt Moore on the horizon, the Rays are going to take offers on SP David Price 1.5M (2012).  He is currently the #12 rated SP.  Take into account his contract and you are talking serious value.  Open to all types of deals, not looking to move him, just looking to improve the team.
