The Giants welcome back two of their own.  Matt Cain is certainly a capable SP and I'm hopeful Panda will follow Bochy's instruction to watch his weight and return to his former Panda self.  I give up a young arm, but I get a position player in return.

I'm not sure about this deal... I won't vote until I hear from others in the league. Cain and Wainwright are virtually the same and Cain actually has better contract. Cahill for Sandoval I don't know. Sandoval has way much more upside than Cahill and he probably was just suffering from 2nd year suckiness which is a disease all geovany soto owners suffered in his 2nd season. I personally wouldn't do it, but I'm usually against blocking trades, so I'll wait and see what others think first.

Daniel, I held my vote also. I do agree with what you said, but I'm unsure if the gap is large enough to warrant a veto.

I am in agreement Cain and wainwright pretty equal and u am a Pablo fan but his weight has to worry still and his lack of care to fix it talk he might not even start next year and Cahill had solid year one can't think he can even improve more I think Pablo and Cahill close enough to warrant good trade
