The Reds will receive Josh Outman SP and Jason Giambi CI and the A's will receive Francisco CI and a 3rd Round pick from the Reds.

Also, before this trade was made, the Reds had two picks in the 3rd round.   I have to assume that the pick being traded is the Reds' original one.  Official rosters will be updated, but I am keeping this out here in the current transactions to get a verification on the pick.
