I have only processed the transactions that Paul had placed in the Processed on Fantrax Folder. Once he moves that trade to that folder I will process it.

Cash Exchanged on a contract always goes with a player in a trade. See the following under trades in the rules.

League has a trade deadline that corresponds with MLB.  Trades reopen in the offseason.  Cash exchanges are allowed to be made within deals as long as it does not exceed annual salary in given year of contract.  Cash exchanges must follow a given player in a trade at all times.  Signing bonuses, however, stay on the books of the franchise that signed such a prospect.

By trading masterson you traded him away along with any cash exchanges on his contract. You can not choose to keep cash paid on his contract in 2013 because this cash stays with the player at all times.

The issue was brought up during the approval process and approved after I posted that the cash exchange years were for 2014 and 2015. I don't understand how it was approved?

To properly do the transaction the $4m cash exchange on Masterson for 2013 would go to the White Sox and a $4m cash exchange would have to be paid by the White Sox on Ogando. I have moved the trade thread topic back to the transaction page. Work with the White Sox GM to post this amendment to the trade and confirm the amendment. It doesn't change the trade at all just how the money exchange happens.
