Franchise NHL Trade Discussions

[dickiedunn]

Ottawa management is looking to acquire a package of players that can fill our needs on the Wings and Defense. Draft Centers, picks and prospects are welcome.

We are offering All-Star Patrick Sharp, $8.3m (2012-2017)

Senators will be online through the trade deadline.

Ideally we get a deal done today to avoid the possible deadline rush.

To be honest Ottawa management values cap space. Any deal would still need to include a scoring Winger coming back as we want to  replace Patrick's points. Granted he is older but still laces up for a top tier NHL club.

[Jonathan]

Mike Smith, $5.5m (2013-2017)

OTB in EDM.

[SlackJack]

Keith Yandle, $6.0m (2014-2018) OTB

[Jonathan]

Brian Boyle, $1.8m (2014-2017)    *72 points on the year

Looking to cut cap and move for lower level specs.

Also, looking to move before deadline:

Matthew Carle, $3.7m (2014-2017)
Jan Hejda, $1.7m (2014-2017)

Well for Colorado that's 11 trades in 5 days leading up to the freeze. Now the Avs have gone from mediocre to just plain bad....but look out in 2018!!

Thanks for all the deals guys! :toast:

I am going to say, watch out 2016, with that addition of a top 5 G.

Barret Jackman has proved value this year, signed him on a 1.7M contract and he have given me points as 93rd best defensman (2.4M value). He has a contract that ends 2015, and I am willing to pay his salary this year for a team that are in the hunt. Shoot me with offers before deadline. I am out of the race.
