Jason Garrison - Amnesty Buyout (Post-dated Apr28-May11'13

Ottawa management is disappointed with the production we got out of this Defenseman and have decided to use our Amnesty buyout to cut ties.

Jason Garrison gets a ABO of $2.5 Million (2015-16).
