LW - Matt Cooke, $1.8m (2012-2013)

a little back and forth with :ANA: after i initiated talks to look into trading for Moss resulted in me pulling the trigger on this package which i think is good for my trade partner's future and helps my cats add some strong players for my playoff drive.

visnovsky is going to be a gamble as he is in and out of the Islanders' lineup and may or may not retire from the nhl yr-end. but adding moss + shift disturber cooke is something i'm excited about.

although i'm giving up an extra active roster player, it'll help me make another future move to help my playoff chances.

:ANA: to confirm. nice dealing with you cloud91! :toast:

:ANA: Ducks confirm the trade... i want to shake things up as my teams performance is so bad this year...
...thanks to pigsrule and his panthers....

:iatp: Ducks win here. Florida's giving up more and getting less but not going to hurt their team so why not.
