NEWS FLASH: Blues sold to Ditch!

[PigsRule]

:STL-NHL: is pleased to welcome the new owner/GM of the St.Louis Blues, Ditch!

St.Louis has brought in a gamer that was recruited from a 5th year money league ... and John is ready to make his mark in Franchise. Challenges facing John include:

• Keeping his Blues' 1 week winning streak alive!
• Shaping his roster to suit his strategic plan.
• Adding a few more warm bodies to his active roster to round things out.
• Getting up to speed quickly on how we do things on Profsl and specifically Franchise NHL!

* get familiar with the league deadlines AND Rules
* start looking for available free agents to sign and post your transaction on the league's transaction page.
* Former Commissioners of FNHL are joeshmoe :BOS-NHL: (Yr1) + hockeyfreak6000 :DAL-NHL: (Yr2).

Welcome to FNHL! FYI... the 2-time defending league champ is none other than Director of Hockey operations on Profsl, Drew and his :MIN-NHL:

Hello everybody.

I'm happy to be here, looks like an interesting setup.   Should be fun.

Hello everybody.

enjoy!

on the transactions page, you'll find some open bids on Free Agent players.
refer to the FA bidding guidelines in the Rules section.
the last bid that stands for 48hrs wins the FA.

then you post a contract as outlined in the Rules section (of course).
in cases where there's an obvious contract, we'll post it as an option for the winning team to confirm.

also note, winning team's will have their logo attached to the post thread (unfortunately, that function is currently being fixed by the Profsl staff).

welcome again to Franchise NHL!

Is that Manilow?! Good to have you here to John!

Let's deal. Shoot me a PM and let's talk about moving players.

[Ditch]

I'm Manilow/Melrose, the Barry's

Anyway, I need some RWs bad but I'm still feeling out the landscape, scoring, rules, cap, etc.    Different format, going to take some time before I have my head around things.   I'm looking for some lesser RWs to round out my roster, and I'll be making offers shortly I think.

What's this 5th year money league?

[PigsRule]

it's a 16-team H2H pt commissioner hky league on CBS with the most active + vocal  members of CBS hky boards.
