The Red Sox just dropped Ichiro

Currently Mets paying 12m Yanks paying 6m

Ich is 18m after the drop he becomes 13.5

The Mets should get a cap relief of 2.97 (66%)= 3m
the Yanks should get a cap relief of 1.48 (33%)= 1.5m

Is this right?
