Montreal Canadiens GM stepping down

[Tarheels55]

Sorry to do this guys but i will be stepping down as GM of Canadiens immediately due to the time restraints i will have as i have accepted a position on Profsl in basketball to help resume interest and revamp some leagues,This will take some time and have to cut some leagues to accomplish.

Thanks for the opportunity to run a team in this great league

Sorry to see you go Tarheels55 but it sounds like a cool opportunity in Basketball.

You did some good things with that overpaid Montreal team of yours.

Best of luck to you!

Dave / Tarheels55,

Thanks for being one the teams that made my 1st season in FNHL interesting and fun. You were great on the Trade Committee, always quick to reply thru-out the season.

And you are leaving the :MON-NHL: in much better shape than you found them when you had to deal with "pain in the backside" contracts of Scott Gomez, Andrei Markov, Brian Gionta to name a few overpaid + underachieving players that handcuffed your team's ability to compete.

All the best with your new role over in the Basketball section.
The doors always open for you!  :judge:
