Brian Roberts has 5M paid by MIN and 3.5M paid by CIN.

The drop would be a cat hit of 7M in 2012 and 5M in 2013

Is this right:

TOR: $0 obligation in 2012

2012 cap hit for MIN and CIN:
MIN: 7 * (5/8.5) = 4M (2012)
CIN: 7 - 4M = 3M (2012)
