Curious why the transaction was moved into the Invalid folder.  The decision that came out in the last day approved the signed deal he had with the rangers but suspended him until July 1st of 2013.  Since the contract he signed with the rangers was upheld he should be awarded to the Orioles.

Orioles will drop OF Jonathan Garcia (P-n/a) with no cap hit due to prospect contract to make room for Jairo Beras.
