Entry Draft Roster Amendments
* Expand EDR to 15 after 2010 MLB FGM Entry Draft+
* Expand EDR to 20 after 2011 MLB FGM Entry Draft
* EDR stays at 20 in future years and the draft is always 10 rounds long.
* Players may only be placed on EDR directly after being drafted by your franchise.
* Previous 60-day no trade ruling for FA is extended to include draftees
+means draft picks cannot be included in expanded EDR slots
The idea of this recent legislation is to put in place what was meant to be. The EDR is only for players that your team drafted and players cannot be placed on the EDR unless it was directly after a draft.
Also, the 60-day no trade clause now extends to draftees and the EDR will expand in the next two years to its final size of 20 players. Keep in mind that it expands after this year's entry draft is finished, so no one can have more than 10 players on their EDR going into the 2011 entry draft.
