Cubs drop Garko

I hinted toward it in Dan's recent crap team thread... Garko hasn't hit the bat well since he left Cleveland.  I am cutting my losses now to get under the cap.  Dude just got sent down to AAA for the first time in four years.  Have at it other GMs...

DROP CI-OF Garko, Ryan, $5m (2012)

I'll take the cap hits of $4.5m this year, $3m next year, and $1.5m in 2012.  The only big difference on waiting to drop him until three months from now is $500k next year ($1.5m this year)... but I don't need to wait that one out to realize this contract was a dumb move.
