I want to extend William Contreras contract to his 6.1 average annual salary. For the remainder of this year and next. He is in his 6th year minor contract.

He would be $6.1 through 2028.  The arbitration year of 2027 counts as the final year of his existing contract, then add 1 year.

This still work @Wallycin ?
