C Elias Diaz SD

[TheLongHorn]

$8M

[GlorifiedG]

6.2M

[TheLongHorn]

This bid should be won by Detroit as $6.2M is not an increased bid off of $8M

Will wait for Mod Approval before processing

[GlorifiedG]

Did that opening bid get edited, It was originally $6M!! Or maybe it was my old eyes that misread it but why did Longhorn modify that post this morning?

I edited to add the *ATTN MODS * part, I should?ve taken a picture to prove that, but it does look suspect now that I can?t prove that it was $8M from the beginning. Diaz can be awarded to the Yankees.

[GlorifiedG]

I didn't mean to sound like I was accusing you of anything but I'm sure I read it as 6M

[GlorifiedG]

If I am being awarded him I'll take him at $4.1(2026)

[TheLongHorn]

No, but it did look questionable with the edit, Yankees are awarded Diaz.

per DM exchange with DET and NYY, the final contract will be based on a 6.2MM total contract, then NYY chooses a 3.1MM(2026) contract
